“Let’s influence others”.

Hey,bloggers how are you all doing? my fellow readers a warm welcome to my galaxy again. Haven’t been in my finest touch to talk to my viewers, because of my lax blogging attitude. Sometimes you go with difficult times in life

🤗,but thanks to God everything in life is paraphrased again.

Over few months,I was busy thinking whether to give up on dreams and to usually get into corporates start earning for my bread butter.

But as the proverb says *God helps them, who helps themselves*. so in the month of October I was offered for an international magazine shoot for which I was quiet baffled, what was that all about as the pop up message came from my modeling agency I thought to scrutinize, then I had a word with the editor of magazine Liam Campbell who according to me is one of the nicest professional photographer’s I’ve ever met.

He needed to expose Indian models and their culture via-Pictorialization and their stories which are the key features of the magazine,it was his 10th edition of elska magazine.Certainly, the buyers of this magzine 70% are from LGBT community so I hesitated at the start whether to shoot or not but I felt somewhere it’s just the culture and story which he wants to share to the world to know how some countries have their lifestyle and it’s one of the factor which provides fraternity worldwide, and then I gave consent to the contract.

Mumbai edition of elska is the biggest edition the magazine has ever made,it comprises of 167 pages zine, which covers 14 Mumbai models and their story.

My story in the magazine is worth reading and the photos will give you a wanderlust feeling.😍

P.S girls are already asking me for date🤓.

I’ve started receiving text messages from the elska family and my social media followers about the work and I feel proud when I read it. Newspapers in New York and advocate magzine in uk,also covered my story and shoot photos.

I, highly recommend you all to buy the zine and see the best guys from mumbai and their inspirational stories.

‘Shero ki sherwani’.

Hello people, today we are going to read and understand about this clothing which has been a rich part of our sub-continent.The phrase which,i used for my title gives you a glimpse about what my preface for the topic is going to be.
Sher and Sherwanis are the two sides of the same coin.Sher (lion) is one of those animals who are the king of the jungle same as sherwani which makes it the top In the rankings in terms of men’s fashion wardrobe.
According to the research, Sherwani,is a long coat-like garment worn in the Indian subcontinent, very similar to a British frock coat or a Polish żupan. It was traditionally associated with the Muslim aristocracy of the Indian subcontinent. It is worn over a kurta with the combination of either churidar, dhoti, pajama, or a salwar as the lower-body clothing. It can be distinguished from the achkan by the fact that it is shorter in length, is often made from heavier suiting fabrics.

Now,let us come to know how Sherwanis are applied in modern day times.

Sherwanis, are generally used occasionally in wedding ceremonies, traditional parties and last but not the least in pageants and fashionshows.

In a recent pageant,I wore an indo-western Sherwani which brought confidence in my appearance on the ramp walk and gave an attraction to the audience and the judges, where I was complimented for my style.

It was the same Sherwani, which was worn by ranveer Singh in an indian traditional shoot.

Now,coming to the ‘Gharwapsi’ of Sherwanis in Indian culture as it was replaced by blazer and waist coats for a limited time.

Innovation by designers have brought the Diaspora back.

Let us do some analysis, and see what our provers say about this.
1. A masculine-styled achkan worn with Jodhpuri pants, accessorised with the right turban, neck jewellery and stylish buttons completes the look. For matching the outfit with your bride, get small accents in the pocket square.

—Raghavendra Rathore
2. Indo-western fitted sherwanis in innovative prints are the ones to go for. These can be worn with fitted pants and look stylish with traditional footwear.

—Zubair Kirmani
3. Match your accessories with the look of the bride to complement each other. A saafa, belt and shoes can be matched with the colour of the bride’s trousseau. You can get embroidery or motifs as well that match the bride’s look.

—Rohit Kamra
4. A jamawar shawl can light up even the simplest sherwani. Polki or metallic buttons, tone-on-tone embroidery and a bright saafa are very trendy.

—Mayyur R Girotra
5. Keep the sherwani simple and stylish. Nothing beats the charm of a well-stitched cream, beige, off-white or white sherwani. Rather than too much of contrasting heavy embroidery, embellish the look with antique buttons, tie and dye prints, self-embroidered fabrics or customised shoes. Velvet, brocade, cotton and silks are ideal fabrics to go for while the length should be till the knee. Colourful pants are the latest trend.

—Rohit Bal
6. The simplest way to get the look and fit right is to treat the sherwani as an extended bandhgala. Keep the fit straight rather than the traditional flared one. Indian embroidery is the best way to get the opulent, ethnic look.

*This concludes us about this wardrobe is a heartthrobs of Indian culture.
” It’s better to fail in originality, than imitate and suceed”.

‌We need to concentrate on our Indian styles rather than getting westernised.

‘Leather jackets,an ongoing swag to look cool’.

Leather jacket’s, have been phenomenal over the decades since it ever started trending. From the centuries we have been looking that leather jackets are the most aesthetic and sharpened attire where a men or women have ever approached.

Leathery jackets puts a different view to your personality when you wear it in a perfect manner.ironically it’s the only wardrobe in the house that make a clown look an elegant piece.if you haven’t heard it, before then you can see it over and over again on many fashioned modules.
Psychology say’s “leather jackets on men with a shabby looks makes the women go crazy, for that gentleman.
Recently, there are many fashion magazines in the west approaching models with beard and the only common thing they are looking for that the model should look good in leather jackets.

However, there is still a lot of room for error when it comes to these little beauties and as always it really is all about the fit. Try to keep them on slim side and fitted to your body creating straight lines and a snug feeling to them. Luckily, leather jackets are different breed from their 1950’s counter parts so are made from lamb or goat’s hide rather than horsehide that remained hard to break in and made that squeaky noise whenever you moved.Bad times. times.

A suggestion I might make is to try a size smaller than you normally would and see how that looks and feels on your particular body shape. Make sure it hugs your shoulders rather than slouches off them, it ends at your waist not thighs and be sure to have sleeves that aren’t too long, it’s not something a tailor can sort out.
Ways To Wear

And as always, here are some fool-proof ways of wearing a leather jacket:

Grab your favourite pair of jeans (so long as there on the darker side of denim), a crisp white shirt and slim black tie. Pair with a black bomber and your favourite pair of white trainers and you’ve got a look that straddles formal and casual perfectly. With a dark brown fatigue style jacket, go with some slightly baggier jeans, a printed/band T-shirt with a black or white base to it and those knackered vans or converse you have lying around. Get yourself some Wayfarer sunglasses and a grey slouch beanie to round of aneffortless lazy weekend outfit.Try it with your plaid and stripe shirts too. Take a hint from Robert Patterson and team some grey or black denim with a dark plaid in red or blue with a black leather bomber.Or try reversing the ‘formal top/casual bottom’ look. Pair those grey or navy suit trousers that you only ever wear to job interviews with a simple neutral or complimenting T-shirt and some Oxblood Brogues with a coffee coloured motocross leather jacket for a new take on the word ‘smart-casual.

Colour is an important choice to make too. Black is most guys go to here but there are other options to be considered. Of course black is great for a more classic look and always carries the impression of instant coolness and, let’s be honest, punk rock’give-a-sh*t’. But with the op

tions of chocolate browns, tans and even butterscotch leathers now readily available, why not try them out as well.

Brown has always been a more stylish choice compared to the formalistic black, is very versatile when paired with nearly every colour and also helps you stand out from a sea of Joe Strummer wannabes.
